TRMT’s principal investment focus will be first mortgage loans secured by middle market and transitional CRE, with a primary investment strategy of balancing capital preservation with the generation of attractive, risk adjusted returns on TRMT's investments.

The primary focus will be originating and investing in floating rate mortgage loans of less than $50 million. TRMT will also invest in subordinated mortgages, mezzanine loans and preferred equity interests in entities that own middle market and transitional CRE.

Security: First Mortgages, Subordinated Mortgages, Mezzanine Loans, Preferred Equity and Collateral Mortgage Backed Securities.
Loan Size: Principal balances of less than $50MM.
Geography: Primary and Secondary Markets.
Property Types: Office, Industrial, Multifamily, Retail, Hospitality, Senior Living, Manufactured Housing Community and Self-Storage.
